Regional Account Delivery Manager

 

Location: Malaysia/ Philippines, both ok for this position.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an accomplished and results driven MCAPS (Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions) Asia Account Manager to join our team. This position, based in either Malaysia or the Philippines, is well-suited for a seasoned professional with a strong background as a Microsoft Full-Time Employee (FTE) and a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing outsourcing project management, engaging with Microsoft Region sponsors, managing relationships with sponsors, and ensuring the successful execution of MCAPS initiatives in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

Outsourcing Project Management:

  • Lead and manage outsourcing projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives and client expectations.

Engagement with Microsoft Region Sponsor:

  • Act as the main point of contact for Microsoft Region sponsors in the Asia region.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with Microsoft sponsors to align business strategies and foster collaboration.
  • Relationship Management: o Manage relationships with Microsoft Region sponsors, understanding their goals and ensuring the successful delivery of MCAPS initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sponsors to address challenges, provide solutions, and enhance overall satisfaction.

Outsourcing Staff Management:

  • Oversee and manage outsourcing staff, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide leadership and support to the outsourcing team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Proof of Execution Collection:

  • Develop and implement processes for collecting proof of execution for MCAPS initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project milestones and outcomes.
  • Business Review: Conduct regular business reviews with Microsoft Region sponsors to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing MCAPS solutions and services.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and account management.

• MCAPS Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions. - Proven experience in managing outsourcing projects and teams.

• Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, sponsors, and outsourcing staff.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management:

- Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Results-Driven:

- Demonstrated ability to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.

• Analytical Thinking:

- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Adaptability:

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations.
