Role 1 : Data & AI SQL Server Infrastructure / SQL optimization role
As a senior technical engineer, your role involves expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Power BI. You will build strong customer relationships, ensure project deliverables align with customer goals, and engage in continuous professional growth. Key responsibilities include performing assessments, analyzing problems, and providing recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential for developing customer relationships and delivering technical training and presentations. The role requires understanding Microsoft’s IT architecture and staying updated with industry best practices and technologies.
Role 2: Microsoft Exchange technical support role
- Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance; Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts
- Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
- Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
- Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills
- Fluent English oral and written communication Key technical resource for the customer - Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance; Broad knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products with deep understanding of (at least) three of the following. Exchange Server, SCCM, Active Directory, Sharepoint Server, Virtualization, Networking.
Role 3: Microsoft Senior Infrastructure/Windows Engineering Role
The Infrastructure WinServer, Networking, WSUS, HyperV, Clustering, SCOM role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure and related systems. The role requires expertise in Windows Server administration, networking, virtualization, clustering, and system monitoring to ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems.
In-depth technical guidance, construction, and solving problem. Proficient in one or more of the following areas of Microsoft systems:
1. AD
2. Failover Cluster
3. Hyper-V
4. System Center(SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM)
5. Network
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
