Head of Japan Employment Placement Business in SEA
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Flexible, including Vietnam and other locations
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Management:
- Fully responsible for managing Employment Placement business of Japan market, including client acquisition, building talent sourcing channels, and managing the talent supply chain.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies and growth targets for the Employment Placement business of Japan market align with corporate strategy.
- Ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and manage the business and consultant team.
- Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Break down targets, evaluate performance, and achieve sales goals.
- Lead the team in executing sales plans and completing sales tasks.
- Business and Team Development:
- Responsible for business implementation and team building, including creating and tuning processes, providing business guidance, team training, performance evaluation, and incentive measures.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with abundant resources in the IT services industry or headhunting business.
- Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in managing human resources-related businesses, including but IT outsourcing and headhunting sales and business management.
- Deep familiarity with the IT services industry.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent business development skills and the ability to continuously engage and secure business partnerships in the industry.
- Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service awareness.
- Excellent communication and management skills with a strong ability to handle pressure.
- Market Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of GTM and familiarity with the new business ecosystem.
- Language and Travel:
- Proficiency in English or Japanese.
- Accept short-term business trips to Japan.
